25. Philadelphia Eagles – Marquise Brown, WR, Oklahoma

Marquise Brown could have been the first receiver off the board and a potential Top-15 pick if not for a Lisfranc injury that prevented him from working out at the Combine. When healthy, Brown, the cousin of Antonio Brown, would have clocked a sub-4.4 time in the 40. His elite speed allowed him to be Kyler Murray’s top target last year at Oklahoma, where he routinely beat defenses deep. If he can prove he’s more than just a deep threat he can develop into the premier pass catcher in the class.

26. Indianapolis Colts – Jeffery Simmons, DT, Mississippi State

Chris Ballard had one of the best draft hauls last year and now the Colts GM looks to improve his roster picking in the mid-20’s vs. last year when they took Quenton Nelson sixth overall. Last year’s philosophy of shoring up the offensive line proved wise and now they can look to the other side of the ball and add some strength and power in the middle of the defensive line. Jeffery Simmons would be a Top-10 pick if not for a torn ACL suffered during pre-draft prep. He was an All-SEC standout at Mississippi State because of his powerful push that collapses pockets and is a nightmare to run against.
