15. Washington Redskins – Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State

Finally, the fall for Dwayne Haskins comes to an end as Washington picks the Ohio State signal-caller. Haskins was penciled in as the Giants pick at No. 6 for weeks but there appear to be some concerns about his game that have him sliding.

Haskins threw 50 touchdowns at Ohio State in his first year as the starter and quickly mastered Ryan Day’s offense. The talent is there but concerns about being a one-year wonder and a slower than ideal delivery have given teams some pause. Sitting for a year would be the ideal situation for Haskins, but that likely wouldn’t happen in the nation’s capital. Haskins is a New Jersey native who moved in high school and attended Bullis School in Potomac, Maryland.

The Redskins could also choose to use this pick to trade for Cardinals’ quarterback Josh Rosen.

16. Carolina Panthers – Andre Dillard, OT, Washington State

Interior defensive line could be a consideration for the Panthers but with Andre Dillard still on the board, they can’t pass up the opportunity to get a new bodyguard for Cam Newton. Dillard is the most athletic tackle in the class and the best pass blocker after starting for three-plus years at Washington State. He’s not a strong presence as a run blocker, but he doesn’t need to be Walter Jones to carve out a career on the blind side.
