High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,250

Draymond Green (vs HOU – $9,100): Needs 31.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME: 59.5 fantasy points against LA Clippers. I always like Draymond in the playoffs but the Rockets have been a tough matchup for him this season. He averaged 20.9 fantasy points in four games against them and was held under 18 in three of those four games. He had 40.7 fantasy points in one game, which boosts the overall number. But we know he can deliver in multiple ways. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling

Al Horford (at MIL – $6,400): Needs 30.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME: 37.5 fantasy points against Indiana. It’s playoff time and that’s when Horford comes alive. He averaged 50.5 fantasy points in two games against the Bucks this season and was great against them in the playoffs last season. This is his matchup and he remains at a good salary. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling.

High Value PF

Players costing $6,250 or under

Gordon Hayward (at MIL – $5,200): Needs 23.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME: 32.7 fantasy points against Indiana. Hayward had two strong games and two not-so-strong games against the Pacers in the first round. And he had one strong game against one not-so-strong game against the Bucks in the regular season. That’s how it’s gone for Hayward. The ceiling is high, but he could also fail. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.

PJ Tucker (at GS – $4,600): Needs 21.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME: 31.25 fantasy points against Utah. Tucker was great in the first round and he remains at a great salary. He averaged 19.4 fantasy points in four games against the Rockets this season, but was under 12 fantasy points in three of those four games. He had 46 fantasy points in one game. I love his game right now but there are warning signs. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a high ceiling.
