FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup — April 28, 2019
High Salary PF
Players costing over $6,667
Draymond Green (vs HOU – $8,100): Needs 35.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME: 56.8 fantasy points against LA Clippers. Draymond Green came alive in Game 6 and I maintain that you pretty much know what you’re going to get from Green on most nights in the playoffs. He wasn’t good against the Rockets this season though, being held under 18 fantasy in three of four games. Because of that, he’s a slight risk. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.
Jayson Tatum (at MIL – $6,400): Needs 27.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME: 29.6 fantasy points against Indiana. Jayson Tatum was solid in the first round and he played well against the Bucks this season, averaging 32.6 fantasy points in three games. He’s going to get the minutes and he can contribute in multiple ways. I like his ceiling overall and he’ll get numbers. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
High Value PF
Players costing $6,667 or under
PJ Tucker (at GS – $6,300): Needs 27.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME: 34.3 fantasy points against Utah. PJ Tucker has been a beast in the playoffs but he’s up-and-down typically against the Warriors. He’s either going to deliver big once again or the Warriors are going to render him useless. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.
Marcus Morris (at MIL – $5,600): Needs 24.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME: 27.6 fantasy points against Indiana. Marcus Morris is a lot like Tucker in that he’s either going to deliver big or he’s going to be invisible. The minutes and shots are going to be there but I don’t love him on the road. He averaged 24.9 fantasy points in two games against the Bucks this season. He had a good game at home and a below average game on the road. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a decent ceiling.
