High Salary PF

Players costing over $6,667

Draymond Green (vs. HOU – $8,100): Needs 35.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 39.3 fantasy points against Houston. As always, you typically know what you’re getting with Draymond in the playoffs. He does a bit of everything and just seems to raise his game when its this time of year. He’ll do a little bit in all categories and that adds up to plenty, even if he’s not overwhelming in a single category. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Jayson Tatum (at MIL – $6,400): Needs 28 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 24.7 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Tatum was down in Game 1 but the Celtics have so much depth that he could easily bounce back in Game 2 while a guy like Jaylen Brown or Marcus Morris has a rougher game. We know what Tatum is capable of and sometimes it’s just tough to predict how the depth players are going to step up for the Celtics. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

High Value PF

Players costing $6,667 or under

PJ Tucker (at GS – $5,900): Needs 25.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 16.1 fantasy points against Golden State. A rough Game 1 for Tucker but there’s still a lot to like about his game. His salary has dropped, which does help. I have to imagine that he shoots better in Game 2. And by that I mean he makes at least 1 three. Unless the Rockets failing to hit 3s against the Warriors is just a thing. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.

Marcus Morris (at MIL – $5,600): Needs 24.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 27.9 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Morris drew the start against the Bucks and that worked out well for them. I still don’t totally love his game on the road but he’s been playing well in recent contests and we know he’s going to get minutes and opportunities. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.
