2020 NFL mock draft: Tua Tagovailoa goes to Dolphins
By Brad Weiss
The Indianapolis Colts are once again one of the better teams in the AFC, and that is thanks to the fact that Andrew Luck went back to being Andrew Luck last season. After missing nearly two years with a right shoulder issue, Luck returned in 2018 in a big way, finishing No. 2 in the NFL in touchdown passes.
This is a Colts team that was built the right way, as they invested in their offensive line, and have seemingly gotten better in all areas of their roster. Despite the Houston Texans being the AFC South champs, the Colts went into Houston and beat their division rival in the Wild Card round, before losing in the Divisional Round to the Kansas City Chiefs.
Still, this team is going to be right back in the mix for a possible Super Bowl run next season, which means they will likely be picking very late in round one next April. With that pick, the Colts should look to try and get better off the edge, and Yetur Gross-Matos from Penn State should be in the discussion as a first round talent.
Over the past two drafts, Indianapolis has used some early draft capital on edge rushers, but bringing in Gross-Matos will only help bolster the unit. This is a team that is going to be very good for as long as Luck stays healthy, because we have seen what they become very quickly when he is not under center.
