High Value Forwards/Centers

Players costing over $12,000

Tobias Harris (vs TOR – $13,000): Needs 56.6 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.2 fantasy points against Toronto. We’re cheating here, but you’d rather hear about guys that will play over guys that won’t. Harris was down in Game 2 as his scoring isn’t always there but he’s rebounding the ball well and we know he can score the ball with the best of them. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Marc Gasol (at PHI – $10,500): Needs 46.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 23.9 fantasy points against Philadelphia. Gasol is like the center version of Kyle Lowry. The big game isn’t there but he gets the minutes and the minutes can lead to better production from him. And even if he doesn’t give you the big game, he’s a fairly reliable option who will get you numbers if nothing else. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.

JJ Redick (vs TOR – $9,500): Needs 39 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 11.6 fantasy points against Toronto. If you want to save some money, look towards the potentially returning Mike Scott, who I discussed previously. Redick’s shooting is still all over the place but maybe the move to Philly well have him find some comfortability. But this has been a playoff long thing for him and it’s concerning if you’re a DFS player and Philly fan. Diagnosis: Inconsistent with a decent ceiling.
