High Salary Forwards/Centers

Players costing over $12,000

Kevin Durant (at HOU – $16,500): Needs 67.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 47 fantasy points against Houston. Durant has been the best player in the playoffs and the Rockets certainly don’t have an answer for him. If you’re going to take him, make him your MVP because he’s the most reliable option on either side on Saturday night. He will get his points and then some. He’s Kevin Durant. You know what he does. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Draymond Green (at HOU – $13,000): Needs 56.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 42.9 fantasy points against Houston. Green. Has been good in the playoffs and as I’ve been saying all throughout the playoffs, this is a time where he raises his game and just seems to deliver. He does a bit of everything and while he won’t overwhelm in a single category, he will keep getting it done in all categories. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Clint Capela (vs GS – $11,000): Needs 48.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34 fantasy points against Golden State. Capela bounced back in Game 2 but you still need a little bit more from him. I expect the Rockets to figure out a way to get him more involved with the extra days off and just being at home, where they should get a nice boost of energy. Expect Capela’s best game of the series on Saturday. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
