High Salary C

Players costing over $6,667

Clint Capela (vs GS – $7,400): Needs 32.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 33.7 fantasy points against Golden State. Capela has been good in the last two games but you still need more from him at this salary. And I’m not sure he can give you more. This salary is just too high for what he’s giving you right now. There are better options below him. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.

Al Horford (vs MIL – $6,800): Needs 29.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 31.1 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Horford looked better in Game 3 and once again, I expect Boston’s best effort in Game 4. Horford’s history against the Bucks is very favorable and I expect to see that version of Horford in this game. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

High Value C

Players costing $6,667 or under

Brook Lopez (at BOS – $5,000): Needs 21.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 21.7 fantasy points against Boston. Lopez just hasn’t been a factor in this series. He’s getting the minutes, which certainly helps, but he’s not having the DFS impact that you would like. His salary has dropped, which certainly helps. He’s worth a risk at this salary. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Nene (vs GS – $3,700): Needs 16.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 8.3 fantasy points against Golden State. There is no reason to take Nene. If you’re going to not take one of the top three centers, you’re better off just burning the position and saving a couple hundred dollars. Diagnosis: An option
