MILWAUKEE, WI – APRIL 30: Kyrie Irving (11) of the Boston Celtics rests during the game against the Milwaukee Bucks during Game Two of the Eastern Conference Semi Finals of the 2019 NBA Playoffs on April 30, 2019 at the Fiserv Forum Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. High Salary PG

Players costing over $6,250

Kyrie Irving (at MIL – $8,200): Needs 38.9 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 49.5 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Kyrie is playing fine. The Celtics would like to get a little more from him but in DFS terms, he’s doing what he needs to do. He’s at a good salary and he’s not a guy I worry about when it comes to getting his shot. Expect Kyrie to roll along and probably turn in his best performance of the series. Maybe. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Chris Paul (at GS – $6,500): Needs 30.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 34.5 fantasy points against Golden State. Speaking of guys who are just rolling along. You know what you’re getting out of Chris Paul at this point. He’s fine, he’s not going to give you the big game you probably want, but he’s not going to hurt you either. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a decent ceiling.

High Value PG

Players costing $6,250 or under

Eric Bledsoe (vs BOS – $4,900): Needs 23.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 24.5 fantasy points against Boston. Bledsoe’s salary has dropped in a big way and that helps him in this case. The minutes and opportunities will continue to be there, which is good news. This still isn’t his matchup but at this salary he’s worth taking a flier on. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

George Hill (vs BOS – $4,200): Needs 19.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28 fantasy points against Boston. But in the last couple of games, George Hill has provided more value. Bledsoe’s lower salary certainly helps him on Wednesday. But Hill is a steady hand at a very good salary who will continue to show up in this situation. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
