High Salary SF

Players costing over $6,250

Giannis Antetokounmpo (vs BOS – $10,300): Needs 47.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 70.5 fantasy points against Boston. It’s Giannis. You don’t have to worry about Giannis. Back at home with a chance to close out the Celtics? Yeah, he’s going to go off in this game. You can build around Giannis with all the confidence in the world. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Khris Middleton (vs BOS – $6,300): Needs 28.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 29.25 fantasy points against Boston. Middleton was down a bit in the last game but I’m not worried about him. His salary has dropped, which helps. And this is still a great matchup for him, especially at home. He will bounce back with a strong performance. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

High Value SF

Players costing $6,250 or under

Jaylen Brown (at MIL – $4,700): Needs 21.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 30.25 fantasy points against Milwaukee. Brown has been excellent in this series and he is one guy I don’t worry too much about on the Celtics. He showed in his rookie season that he is unafraid in these moments and he’s a guy who can rise up to these moments. They will need him to be great once again. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Pat Connaughton (vs BOS – $4,000): Needs 18.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 25.5 fantasy points against Boston. Connaughton just keeps on delivering after his rough Game 1. If Malcolm Brogdon ends up playing, Connaughton may see fewer minutes, which should be your only concern in taking him. But Brogdon will probably be limited and if he doesn’t end up playing, you can take Connaughton with confidence. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
