16. Tee Higgins – Wide receiver, Clemson

When it comes to who has the best receiving corp in America, you’ll be shocked that it probably comes down to two little schools known as Alabama and Clemson. In the Tigers case, they’ve cornered the market on big receivers, and Tee Higgins fits that mold. A lot of the talk with Clemson has started with Trevor Lawrence (rightfully so), but without a big-time target like Higgins to throw to the transition may not have been as smooth for Lawrence.

Higgins didn’t light up the world statistically, but on a team filled with playmakers, he still managed to catch 12 touchdown passes which led the team and the ACC. Now going into his junior year expect him to be at the center of another explosive Clemson offense.

Higgins has drawn comparisons to Bengals wideout A.J Green given the similar body type and ability to move like a smaller player but still win in contested catch situations like his size would suggest. He will no doubt be one of the headliners in this highly touted receiver class, and he has all the tools to be a high-caliber player at the next level.
