14. Laviska Shenault – Wide receiver, Colorado

If you’re looking for an entertaining player to follow this college football season, I would suggest Laviska Shenault. He is the best playmaker in college football and will perhaps be the most unique talent in whichever of the next two drafts he decides to declare.

Despite only playing nine games, Shenault had 86 catches for over 1,000 yards and 11 total touchdowns. Whether its catching passes or taking the occasional handoff, Shenault is a bonafide playmaker and good luck trying to tackle him in the open field.

At 6’2″, 220 pounds he forced 28 missed tackles which were second in the nation amongst wide receivers and 639 yards after contact good for fifth nationally. He is sort of like N’Keal Harry who went in the first round to the Patriots, but even more explosive and elusive in the open field.

Shenault’s impact on Colorado’s offense could be best described in three games he missed due to injury where they like a different team.

Hopefully, we get a full season of him in 2019, and he can continue to provide many highlight plays for all fans to admire. And if you’re into one on one matchups mark November 30th when Colorado plays Utah and Shenault will get to match up with Utah corner Jaylon Johnson.
