13. Nick Coe – Defensive line, Auburn

Auburn could have the best defensive line in college football in 2019 thanks to players like Nick Coe, Marlon Davidson and another guy we will mention later. Coe took on a more significant role during his 2018 sophomore season and proved to up for the challenge as he increased his sack total and tackles for loss by a big margin despite playing only nine games.

He is a larger defensive end at 6’5″ and 280 pounds which is a body type that translates favorably to a 4-3 defensive end in the NFL

Coe is not as consistent as you would want to but his flashes are impressive and if he can bring it every play during this coming season expect his name to rise on the NFL draft boards. He will be asked to do even more as a junior, and there are very few weeks off in the SEC trenches so Coe will get the chance to prove himself weekly.

This spring, Coe was moved around the defensive front so if he can provide versatility as an interior rusher that can only further his draft stock.
