DraftKings daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – May 10, 2019
High Value Forwards/Centers
Players costing over $8,333
Andre Iguodala (at HOU – $5,800): Needs 26.2 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 23.5 fantasy points against Houston. Iguodala has been reliable in this series and with Durant out of the lineup, he will need to step his game up even more. He’s another great low-cost captain option because he will get the minutes and we know he can have a big outing where he gets numbers in all categories. He’s a great option on Thursday. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.
Kevon Looney (at HOU – $3,800): Needs 17.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 22.7 fantasy points against Houston. Looney was great in Game 5 and with Durant out of the lineup, he’ll have to be just as good in Game 6. He’s going to get the minutes because he can replace Durant’s size to an extent and they will need his rebounding as well. He’s at a very good salary and if you’re looking for a low-risk captain to maximize your UTIL slots, Looney should be your choice. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Alfonzo McKinnie (at HOU – $2,000): Needs 9.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 1.75 fantasy points against Houston. McKinnie hasn’t played much in this series but with Durant out of the lineup, someone will have to take those minutes. Another option would be Shaun Livingston, who I didn’t mention earlier, but am mentioning so I hope everyone is paying attention. Both guys should see a minutes increase and Livingston is certainly familiar with the system, which will help him more than McKinnie. But McKinnie is a sneaky option. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a decent ceiling.
