High Value Forwards/Centers

Players costing over $12,000

Eric Gordon (vs GS – $10,000): Needs 39.1 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 25.9 fantasy points against Golden State. I love Gordon in this game and he should definitely be in your top 3 if you take him. He’s shown that he can have big scoring outputs and being back at home should do wonders for him. I simply have no doubts about Gordon on Friday. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Kevon Looney (at HOU – $7,500): Needs 32.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 23.8 fantasy points against Houston. Looney stepped up in Game 5 and they’ll need him to be even better in Game 6. He will pick up more minutes with Durant out and he will be a huge focus on rebounding for the Warriors. He won’t score much but he’ll do a little something and help open up the game for the Splash Brothers. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

Alfonzo McKinnie (at HOU – $6,000): Needs 23.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 1.2 fantasy points against Houston. This is a hunch based on Durant being out. Someone will have to get those minutes for the Warriors and McKinnie was one guy who got those extra minutes in the playoffs. I’d also look towards Shaun Livingston because he knows the Warriors system. But McKinnie is more of the position and size of Durant. Diagnosis: Inconsistent with a decent ceiling.
