High Salary Forwards/Centers

Players costing over $12,000

Draymond Green (vs POR – $15,000): Needs 60.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 32.5 fantasy points against Houston. I love Draymond in this series because the Blazers frontcourt will have no answer for him. He’s not Jokic, but he’s surrounded by more reliable players than Jokic and can influence the game with his passing and decision making in the same manner. The Blazers frontcourt will be toast against him. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Enes Kanter (at GS – $11,000): Needs 43.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.1 fantasy points against Denver. Kanter has a high ceiling but I’m not positive he can make it through this series still on the court. The Warriors motion and Green’s decision making is going to put him in a lot of bad situation. He can play some minutes but this salary is too high until he proves a little something. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.

Al-Farouq Aminu (at GS – $10,500): Needs 42.4 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 5.6 fantasy points against Denver. Aminu was a non-factor by the end of the Denver series but don’t be too concerned about him heading into this series. It’s all about the matchup and he matches up better with the Warriors than he did the Nuggets. He averaged 25 fantasy points in four games against the Warriors this season. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
