Game 1: vs. Texas State

The Aggies shouldn’t have much trouble in week one with Texas State as they look ahead to their big showdown in week 2.

Result: Win

Game 2: at Clemson

Last year’s close loss to Clemson was a tough pill to swallow, especially when you consider what the Tigers went on to accomplish. With Trevor Lawrence now running the show, the Aggies won’t be able to keep as they did in 2018 when Kelly Bryant was still the quarterback. Plus going into Clemson and beating them is about as tough as it gets in college football right now.

Result: Loss

Game 3: vs. Lamar

After a tough loss to Clemson look for the Texas A&M to get right back on track against Lamar who they should have no problem beating.

Result: Win

Game 4: vs. Auburn

After outplaying Auburn for most of the game last season, Texas A&M fell apart in the fourth quarter and blew a crucial game. A chance to redeem themselves at home is precisely what they need to get their first legit win of the 2019 season.

Result: Win

Game 5: vs. Arkansas (AT&T Stadium)

This is a sneaky rivalry that has produced some very entertaining games over the past decade. Seven of the previous ten games have been decided by 8 points or less, but 2019 doesn’t look promising. The talent gap between these two schools heavily favors Texas A&M, and they should win. However, that was the case last year, and it was a 24-17 game, so you never know.

Result: Win

Game 6: vs. Alabama

It is not every year where one team has to play both Clemson and Alabama. Auburn did it a few seasons back and split the series, and Texas A&M can do the same. This will be Alabama’s first real test of the season and with the Aggies being battle tested from the Clemson & Auburn games they pull off the massive upset at home.

Result: Win

Game 7: at Ole Miss

Ole Miss has a ton of production to replace on offense and could be in for a rough 2019 campaign. Even with this being a road game, Texas A&M should be able to take care of the Rebels.

Result: Win

Game 8: vs. Mississippi State

This appears to be a good season to face the Mississippi teams back to back as both are replacing a ton of production. Mississippi State lost high-level players on defense and their starting quarterback, so they’re clouded with uncertainty.  Texas A&M should be able to handle their business.

Result: Win

Game 9: vs. UTSA

This will be another tune-up game as the Aggies look towards the final stretch of their season.

Result: Win

Game 10: vs. South Carolina

A borderline must-win game for Texas A&M because the next two games on the schedule are brutal. South Carolina is no pushover, but with this being the final home game of the season the Aggies should win.

Result: Win

Game 11: at Georgia

Even though Texas A&M has been in the SEC for eight seasons, this is the first time these teams will meet as conference foes. Georgia is more vulnerable than they’ve been the past two season, but by this point, they should be fully settled. Beating them at home is tough for anyone.

Result: Loss

Game 12: at LSU

Last season these two played the best game of 2018 in a 74-72 seven overtime marathon. The Aggies won that wild battle, and LSU will certainly be looking a get their revenge. Having to play Georgia then head to death valley is going to be too much for Jimbo Fisher’s team.

Result: Loss

Final Record: 9-3 (6-3 in the SEC)
