High Salary Forwards/Centers

Players costing over $12,000

Draymond Green (at POR – $15,000): Needs 62.7 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 48.5 fantasy points against Portland. I continue to love Draymond and if you take him, he should definitely by in your top 1. I wouldn’t even go against him being the MVP simply because I think he’s the most reliable option on the floor and his ceiling is obviously high because he can do a bit of everything. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a high ceiling.

Maurice Harkless (vs GS – $9,500): Needs 36.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 22.8 fantasy points against Golden State. Harkless dropped off in Game 2 as his minutes were down but I think the Blazers have to play him more in this series. Their frontcourt options just aren’t very good and Harkless can at least impact the game in multiple ways. With the series in Portland, I have good hopes for Harkless in this one. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.

Rodney Hood (at GS – $8,500): Needs 33 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 15.9 fantasy points against Golden State. Curry was the guy who stepped up in Game 2 but Hood will continue to get those opportunities. He’s a scorer and the Blazers need some secondary scoring with the way Lillard and McCollum are playing. He’s a solid enough option. Diagnosis: Reliable with a good ceiling.
