High Value Guards

Players costing under $12,000

Malcolm Brogdon (vs TOR – $10,500): Needs 41.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 28.3 fantasy points against Torono. Brogdon looks more or less back in form as he comes off the injury. He should play more minutes, assuming this one is actually close. And I do expect this game to be close. Brogdon could be a good third pick but I wouldn’t go higher than that on him. But he’s a reliable option to round out your team. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.

George Hill (vs TOR – $10,000): Needs 40 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 22 fantasy points against Toronto. Speaking of reliable options. Hill has been solid all playoffs and he’s one guy on the Bucks who I trust to step up and remain steady on the road. I’m not putting much stock into a guy like Ersan Ilyasova despite his Game 2. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.

Danny Green (at MIL – $8,000): Needs 31.8 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 18.8 fantasy points against Milwaukee. At some point Green has to hit shots, right? If it’s not going to be Game 3, I’m not sure when it’s going to be. The minutes and opportunities will continue to be there for him so there’s at least that. Diagnosis: Reliable with a decent ceiling.
