FanDuel daily picks: Fantasy basketball lineup – May 23, 2019
High Salary Guards
Players costing over $12,000
Kyle Lowry (vs MIL – $11,000): Needs 44.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 39 fantasy points against Milwaukee. With Kawhi not like his usual self, Lowry stepped up in Game 4. He’s been steady all playoffs and we know he’s capable of a strong game. He showed up big in Game 1 and that gives me hope that he can keep it going with the series back in Milwaukee. Diagnosis: Very reliable with a good ceiling.
Khris Middleton (at TOR – $12,000): Needs 47.3 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 47.7 fantasy points against Toronto. I had a gut feeling about Middleton prior to Game 4 and it turned out that it wasn’t just Taco Bell. Middleton is typically a reliable option on the Bucks and he should be able to keep it going at home. He’s a good PRO option and can even be bumped up to the STAR position. Diagnosis: Reliable with a high ceiling
Eric Bledsoe (at TOR – $11,500): Needs 46.5 fantasy points. LAST GAME – 11.6 fantasy points against Toronto. As always, Bledsoe is a mixed bag. I still don’t like his overall game and his floor remains low. His ceiling is high because he can do a bit of everything. But this salary is still a tad too high given the risk factors involved. Diagnosis: Fairly reliable with a good ceiling.
