4. Tobias Harris

The Clippers acquired Harris from the Detroit Pistons in the Blake Griffin deal, then traded him to the Philadelphia 76ers prior to this past February’s deadline. In essentially a season worth of games for the Clippers (87 games), Harris averaged 20.3 points, 7.2 rebounds and 2.9 assists per game with a slight bump in usage rate compared to the rest of his career (23.5 percent)

With the 76ers on the periphery and unable to pay up to the same level, the list of rumored suitors for Harris includes the Brooklyn Nets, Sacramento Kings, Utah Jazz, Dallas Mavericks and Indiana Pacers. The Clippers should also be on that list, due to familiarity on both sides and the ability to give Harris a max deal if they want to.

Harris fit in nicely with the Clippers the first time around, so there’s no reason he wouldn’t do so again going forward. It will be up to him and what he finds elsewhere on the market, as well as where the Clippers stand in the mix for other, bigger name free agents, but Harris would be a nice proverbial consolation prize if/when Durant lands elsewhere (and likely a far a better fit too).
