Slate Overview: On a slate with Coors Field available and a rookie making his debut there for the Astros, the Rockies bats will likely be the priority for most and really the lone chalky route I can see at first glance.
The beauty of playing with roster builds so early is you can get a feel for the day going in and I have to say, having a path to pay up for two elite arms and still get a 6 man stack of a premier offense, becomes a path that I am excited to dive into further.
This concept – two aces, a 6 man stack and two one-off Free Squares – is a build that Picks and Pivots users are probably used to seeing but I can tell you that it has worked for me this season with success. Going into the day with this mindset, my focus can be on finding the right punt plays and simply confirming the Tampa lineup bats once I get closer to lock.
Enjoy this slate all – it should be a wild one!
