Fantasy Football Question 3- Submitted by Tyler Henneman: Who will finish as the top fantasy rookie in 2019?

Answer: Now I know you can see the spoiler with the picture above but honorary mentions include Kyler Murray and David Montgomery, but I’m going with the rookie from Alabama, Josh Jacobs! When the Raiders drafted him in the 1st round, it seemed to be a match made in heaven. They have a reliable OL but more importantly, they have solid pieces around the offense in Antonio Brown, Tyrell Williams, JJ Nelson, and Darren Waller to avoid stacked boxes for the rookie. Jacobs is the clear-cut starter with not much competition with Jalen Richard, Doug Martin, and Deandre Washington failing to do anything last year.

When given the ball at Alabama, Jacobs was a star. Some people aren’t as high on him because he wasn’t a bell-cow in Alabama but that’s because the school is always loaded with 3-4 nice RB’s on the team. In college, Jacobs averaged 5.9 yards per carry and 11.9 yards per reception. I don’t know about you guys but that seems like big play ability to me. Before you ask, no I’m not worried that he hasn’t signed yet. It will all play out before preseason games start.
