Top Play: DJ LeMahieu | NYY | $3,800

Look what we have here – another under-priced Yankee bat against a gas can in Yankee stadium? You bet!

As mentioned earlier, Kyle Freeland has allowed 13 home runs to righties this season and a 0.376 wOBA overall, while LeMahieu has thrust himself into the AL MVP discussions. He’s posted a 0.400 wOBA and 0.190 ISO against lefties while only striking out 15.1% of the time with a hard-contact rate over 40%.

This is as close to a perfect play as you can get.

Value Play: Jake Lamb | ARI | $2,900

While he’s still working his way back from injury, I don’t see how Jake Lamb isn’t ridiculously chalky at this price. He’s posted a 0.362 wOBA and 0.170 ISO (I expect that to rise) against righties this season and gets to square off with Jhoulys Chacin of the Brewers.

Chacin has allowed a  0.348 wOBA and 0.187 ISO to lefties this season and has really struggled to induce swings and misses, recording an alarming 13.9% strikeout rate.
