4. Vinicius Junior

Real Madrid purchased a bevy of young talent and have Eden Hazard coming in to be the new star of the club, but the team’s biggest X-factor is a brief standout from last year.

Vinicius Junior is one of the best young players in the world, and he looked like a world-class player before suffering a significant injury earlier this year. The Brazilian winger could form an enviable duo with Hazard, and Real fans should be excited to see what Vinicius can offer as a goal-scorer in 2019-2020.

He is a huge reason why Gareth Bale has been deemed surplus goods by Zinedine Zidane, because it’s clear that Vinicius is already the more capable player. The 19-year-old brings something different to the table with his hard work on the ball and willingness to run at defenders, meaning opposing defenses will be run absolutely ragged by the potential attacking triumvirate of Vinicius, Hazard, and Isco.

If Luka Jovic can be a breakout star behind Karim Benzema as Real’s No. 9, then Los Blancos could have one of Europe’s most devastating attacks. But they need Vinicius to be a catalyst for their offense with his dribbling ability and goal-scoring threat from the wing.
