DraftKings MLB Stack Options:

Cleveland Indians vs. Aaron Sanchez:

As per usual, the past stats for Sanchez against Cleveland aren’t bad. They aren’t good either, but not bad. The thing that has me stacking is how Sanchez has pitched lately. In his last ten games, Sanchez is 0-10 with a 9.40 ERA. Home, road, the Moon, Mars, it hasn’t mattered. Sanchez has been awful wherever there has been a mound. Francisco Lindor and Carlos Santana have already hit Sanchez well, so start there. Jose Ramirez is starting to hit, so I’m all over him too. I will finish this off with Mercado and Jason Kipnis. This is still a surprisingly affordable stack.

San Diego Padres vs. Jason Vargas:

Vargas has trolled us when we stack against him at home, and this stack isn’t without risk. The Padres don’t make a lot of contact, but when they do, it’s hard. Very hard. Ian Kinsler has homered twice against Vargas so far and could be a great option on the cheap. My main interests here are Franimal, Hunter Renfroe, and Tatis. I could be talked into Wil Myers or Mejia as well. There is no wrong answer against Vargas!

Houston Astros vs. Mike Fiers:

Fiers has a 4.99 road ERA, and he has been mauled by Houston this year. Fiers has allowed eight runs in 8.1 innings to Houston this season netting a single DraftKings point in both starts combined. Josh Reddick has homered off of him twice. Aledmys Diaz and Alex Bregman have also homered against Fiers. Michal Brantley, Jose Altuve, and Yuli Gurriel are all hitting .333 or better against Fiers. There are a lot of ways to go here. Go with whatever fits your budget.

Los Angeles Dodgers vs. Felix Pena:

Whatever luster was on Pena is gone now. His numbers aren’t terrible against the Dodgers, but they aren’t good either. Pena has given up three homers to the Dodgers, but they are all to Max Muncy….in just seven at bats. It would be easy enough to just one off Muncy and be done with it, but there are so many dangerous lefties on this team. Bellinger, Alex Verdugo, Corey Seager, and Joc Pederson could all crush Pena. This is one game that I’m back on a Dodgers stack again.
