Slate Overview: With more reasonable price points tonight on the higher end SP1’s, I could see them being more popular building blocks but even on Monday’s slate where the high-end arms were pricey, guys like Cole and Ray at 40% in GPP play – maybe on FantasyDraft, the chalk will always lend itself to the high-priced arms.

So, today on a 15 game slate can we pay down for lower owned arms and let the bats carry us?

I think Archer has SP1 upside at an SP2 price point and if Davies gets a right-handed heavy Reds team, I think a 15-20 fantasy point SP2 outing could give you leverage over what I expect will be some serious Covey chalk. By going this route it becomes an all-bats build centered around the Dodgers and with the salary savings you have, you can build around elite power one-offs like Yelich and Alonso.

Good luck tonight all!
