Check out our Fantasy Football Rankings: Top Five NFL DFS QB’s to have for this upcoming NFL season, on FanDuel and Draftkings, as well as season-long league play.

Hello everyone, my name is Brandon Lauderback better known as LumberjackDFS. It has been a very long year to say the least, but with the 2019-2020 NFL season upon us, I am very excited to be writing my first Fantasy Football Rankings article with FanSided Fantasy.

You might have seen my “Pitching Gems of The Day” article, where I breakdown the top pitchers for MLB. Well for this season, I will be covering the top NFL “GPP” plays for the main slate on FanDuel each week.

In this article, we will breakdown the top five QB’s to have coming into this year. Now, this does not mean we will just go right down the list and talk about last seasons passing leaders. Sure a few of those guys might be in here, but we have so many other players to examine, that have some great potential. These players will be getting drafted much lower in your leagues and will open up the season at a discounted price, compared to Tom Brady.

As reference, the main websites I used are Pro Football Reference, and Football Outsiders, you may see stats such as QBR (Total Quarterback Rating) DYAR (Defense-adjusted Yards Above Replacement) DVOA (Defense-adjusted Value Over Average), as well as some more common terms we all know, such as totals yards, touchdowns, interceptions, etc. Let’s dive in!
