9. Jeff Brohm, Purdue

All you have to do to believe Jeff Brohm would be the life of any tailgate party he attends is watch this video of him in the XFL:

After taking a big hit and basically having his head knocked off his body, Brohm was taken to the hospital for x-rays. He came back and cheered his team on from the sideline for the remainder of the game and then returned for the following game.

When he was asked how the heck he was able to suit up after taking such a devastating hit, he responded with arguably the best quote in XFL history: “Well let me answer that question by asking you two questions. One, is this or is this not the XFL? Yes it is. Two, do I or do I not currently have a pulse? Yes I do. Let’s play football.”

Intense, passionate and a great teammate, Brohm is one of the only coaches in the nation who could make Purdue football exciting and watchable.
