13. Jordan Love, Utah State

Perhaps not the most known quarterback, but one of the top ones of the Group of Five conferences, Jordan Love has the chance to become a household name in the 2019 college football season.

2018 was already a breakout campaign for the now-junior signal-caller, who delivered 3,567 passing yards, 32 touchdowns — No. 8 in the country — and six interceptions. He also completed a stellar 64 percent of his throws. If it happened for a higher profile school than Utah State, he would be nationally recognized already even more.

Love also ran in seven touchdowns to take his total to 39. While not the most mobile quarterback, given the 43 attempts for 63 yards, he capitalized on scoring chances, and it helped push the Aggies to an 11-2 record.

The opportunity for the bigger spotlight will arrive with another standout season at Utah State, as Love, standing at an ideal 6-foot-4 for potentially going pro, can play off his growth as a sophomore and lead this team to a superior bowl game.

As long as Love continues controlling the football and maintains the pace he was on last season, including six games of at least 300 yards passing, this will be another successful run to push him towards the NFL Draft.
