MLB DFS Pitching Plays

As we always do, I will rank each pitcher mentioned in my article between a 1-10, I will also mention my “gem of the day” which is a mid-low tier arm that I think has the most upside. There are several ways to approach this main slate.

In my opinion, I am either paying up for Lynn, or going Miley. I could see people pitching Clevinger, but the Angels have one of the lowest K rates in the league, and targeting Mike Trout is something that I normally try to avoid. People will also likely chase that last outing from Matz, assuming he will repeat that performance, while I do like him, we need to temper expectations a bit.

MLB DFS Pitching Rankings:

Lance Lynn – 10

Steven Matz – 8

Jason Vargas – 8

Wade Miley – 9

Gem of the day – Wade Miley

If you guys have any questions please feel free to reach out to me on Twitter @LumberjackDFS, this is a great slate for pitchers which I am very excited to play. A good bit of advice is to run these plays in different tourney lineups, with various stacks, and correlate your lineups to maximize your chances of winning a tourney. Best of luck to all from all of us here at FanSided Fantasy.
