Fantasy Football Mock Draft Pick 10: Rounds 10-12

Round 10, pick 111: Ronald Jones II –

I have no idea what is going to shake out in regards to the backfield in Tampa Bay. At this point, Ronald Jones is a flyer for me in case Peyton Barber isn’t the answer because I see this offense being really good this year.

I’ve mentioned in my stacks article that Bruce Aryans is an excellent offensive mind and I foresee the Buccaneers really making noise on that side of the ball so getting any piece of it at all (or in this case more so a potential piece) is fine by me at this point.

I probably should have gone with my guy Parris Campbell for the colts here but honestly thought he might swing back around to me in the 11th. Unfortunately, he did not.

Round 11, pick 130: Duke Johnson Jr. –

My guy Duke! Another soft spot for a guy who won me multiple fantasy football leagues actually. Hunt isn’t going to play for quite some time and even then, he’s not really what I could consider a 3rd down back.

Duke is perennially underrated, rarely misses a game, and is a phenomenal snag in my opinion this late in the draft. Even with the emergence of Chubb last year, Duke still caught 47 balls. He can definitely squeeze into a flex spot if I’m in a pinch during a bye week or if someone gets hurt.

Round 12, pick 135: Greg Olsen –

This was not an awesome pick by me here. I like Olsen and I think he’ll actually be a nice tight end. However, someone I wrote up as a sleeper AND an incredible value was still available and I should have taken him as a backup.

Lamar Jackson is someone primed to actually put up numbers similar to a running back two (the 13th-24th running back drafted) and I definitely should have taken him in our mock draft with Cam Newton and his potential injury situation as my current starter. Not a good look by me here but hopefully something you can learn from.
