Training camp risers to target at the end of your fantasy football drafts

Fantasy Football Camp Impact: Donte Moncrief (WR – PIT)
Donte Moncrief is a wide receiver who has long fooled fantasy owners due to his tantalizing upside. Arguably a top-15 pure talent at the wide receiver position, Moncrief has never been able to put it all together and has only shown flashes throughout his career.
His fantasy arrow was pointing straight up in 2015 as he recorded his best season to date despite playing only seven games with Andrew Luck. He had an efficient season in 2016 where he scored seven touchdowns in just nine games played.
His TD rate was insane as he scored a touchdown off of every 4.29 receptions, or every eight targets. 2017 was a lost campaign with Andrew Luck sidelined for the season. In 2018 he operated as the Jaguars number one receiver for a chunk of the season, finished second in targets and receptions and led the team in yards per reception.
Although Moncrief ended up with less targets, his consistency data from FFStatistics shows us that he finished as a WR2 or better three times on the season. DeDe Westbrook did so only twice. Moncrief now appears penned in as the Pittsburgh Steelers number two receiver and could return sneaky WR2 value this season.
Ben Roethlisberger has fed his WR2 over 100 targets five times as a Pittsburgh Steeler, and targeted the position 166 times in 2018. While Moncrief will not see 166 targets this season, he will surpass 100 if he can make it through the season healthy. He has a massive QB upgrade on Blake Bortles and should have his most consistent season ever.
Moncrief will arguably be playing with the best quarterback he has played with yet. Andrew Luck is and has always been a talent, but in 2015 and 2016, as per FFStatistics consistency data, Big Ben had more top five and top 12 fantasy outings. Moncrief is a value at his current mark as the 58th wide receiver (46th at FFC) off the board based on consensus ADP.
