Tailgating for Washington Husky games is one of the most unique experiences in sports. Everyone’s got food, drinks, music – but who does it right on the water? That’s right, for Husky games, Washington fans tailgate on the water, or “sailgating.”

Whether you’ve got your own boat or want to buy a seat on one of the ones there, it’s an experience that’s certifiably Seattle. They do what other tailgaters do, it’s just different. And better.

Chris Petersen and the Huskies have one of the toughest home slates in football in 2019 with USC, Oregon, Utah and Washington State visiting Husky Stadium. Other matchups with Eastern Washington, California and Hawaii will still fill the 70,000 seat capacity stadium.
