3. Michigan’s receivers will be the best in the Big Ten

There is no doubt that the biggest beneficiaries of Gattis joining Michigan football are going to be Peoples-Jones, Collins, Black and the rest.

Last season, Peoples-Jones and Collins both flashed potential. They each went over 600 yards and combined for 14 touchdowns, even though they were playing in an offense better suited for the 1980s.

As a return guy and all-around playmaker, Peoples-Jones has shown glimpses. Now it’s time for a breakout season. One with say 1,000 yards and close to 10 touchdowns. Anything less than that will be a disappointment.

Same goes for Collins who is the most talented wide receiver on the team. In fact, he may have the most NFL upside of anyone on the roster. The junior-to-be caught four passes for 91 yards and two scores against Ohio State last season and followed it up with four for 80 vs Florida.

Big things await Collins and Peoples-Jones in 2019 and if they can finally live up to their potential, this Michigan football team should be able to as well.
