DraftKings MLB Stack Options:

New York Mets vs. Jon Lester:

I’m on board with @2locksports here tonight. Lester has had a miserable August, giving up 20 runs (18 earned) in four starts. That includes six shutout innings against the Pirates. There is plenty of right handed power in this Mets lineup. Pete Alonso and Amed Rosario are the easy picks. Wilson Ramos, J.D. Davis, and Todd Frazier will be who I fill this out with. We don’t need to go to lefties unless you want to use Conforto.

Cincinnati Reds vs. Robert Dugger:

Dugger has a 7.59 ERA at AAA New Orleans this year and gave up six runs in five innings in his first major league start earlier this year. The Reds may not be the offense they were with Puig in the order, but they can still hit in good spots. This looks like a great spot. Votto, Derek Dietrich, and Freddy Galvis all look good. Nick Senzel has pounded the Fish in this series, so make sure he’s in there. Eugenio Suarez is a strong play too. I don’t see any Red that I would avoid.

Colorado Rockies vs. Trevor Williams:

Williams has allowed more than five runs in three of his four August starts and two of those were in his pitcher friendly home park. Coors is not going to be kind. Blackmon is a lock. Sam Hilliard isn’t a free space anymore, but I still like him for the price.

I really hope Yonder Alonso starts so I can have a freebie, but more likely it will be Daniel Murphy. He’s a great play too. I really want Story and Arenado, but I don’t like the way the rest of the team looks with those two and Blackmon. We will likely have to choose between two of those three. I chose Arenado and Blackmon.
