Slate Overview: This slate to me is likely going to be more about game theory and ownership than most Main Slates would be as a result of it being only 6 games and having Coors Field available.

For example, if you find that King Felix becomes a chalky cheap option, just pivot to Derek Rodriguez or vice versa. If there is a chalk one-off punt like we had in Seth Brown last night (50% plus in GPP’s) then try to find that pivot in the same price and play the ownership game.

For me, I am content fading the Coors Field bats tonight with a second rate offense like Pittsburgh being the target and instead will look to stack elsewhere – in this case, I am going to try and have some fun and go all-in with my Mets against my archnemesis in Jon Lester.

I say this all the time but DFS is supposed to be fun, and for me personally that is how I approach it – sure I want to win money, but it is also largely and primarily entertainment – and on this night, how do I not stay on brand and go 6 man Mets stack and then take the victory lap of all victory laps when the Mets drop 37 runs in the first.

Also, if Lester throws a no-hitter tonight, I will likely go into hiding and have a full-on Anchorman style meltdown where I grow a beard and drink milk outside in the heat.

Your move Lester!
