FanDuel NFL single game: High-Low Week 1 Bears v Packers

The countdown is finally over. Football season is back, and it is starting off with a bang. We get a divisional rivalry game between the most electric defense in the league and the Packers! I’m kidding of course, the Packers are no slouches.

FanDuel NFL High Low is an all-new type of series here at FanSided. These articles will come out for the entire NFL season and will correspond to the Thursday and Monday single-game slates on FanDuel. Since there is only one game to break down, I will be selecting one high-priced option (11,000 + on FanDuel) and one low-priced option (10,000 – on FanDuel) and analyzing both of them.

After this, I will be choosing either High or Low for each player, deciding whether or not I think they will hit value (1.5x for position players, 2x for QB’s). I will be keeping a record of this throughout the season, and the goal will, of course, be to get as positive a record as possible.

In addition, I will also include my top pick at the bottom of each position. I hope this will provide a clear picture of each single game slate since there is only so much information to glean in such a small player pool. Finally, I will also be selecting an MVP, who I think will be the highest scorer on the slate. Naturally, this player will normally be the chalk QB as he is normally the highest scorer. For the MVP, High will be decided by any price 13,500 or higher, with low being 13,000 or lower.

Without further adieu, let’s hop right into week one of DFS NFL High Low!
