NFL DFS Week 1: Cash game breakdown

Evan Engram – FD $6400 DK $4800

We’ve covered this ad nauseam here at FanSided but long story short – the Giants have a plethora of targets to redistribute with OBJ gone and Golden Tate on suspension for four games. The Cowboys defense is pretty solid and they’ll control the ball with Zeke and Dak but I still think Engram is the chalk tight end this week. If you’re not comfortable with him (understandable because of Eli), there are some other options below that will be just fine.

George Kittle – FD $7300 DK $6600

Kittle is an absolute monster. Typically cash games pay down at tight end but there were some weeks where paying all the way up for Kittle or Kelce made sense. This might be one of those weeks given the salary relief we’re getting in a few places. Also, I’m a big fan of targeting this game and think it could be fantasy gold.

Hunter Henry – FD $6100 DK $3900

Henry is an athletic freak and I think everyone has forgotten just how good he is. Combine that with how bad Indy is at defending the tight end and I’m loving him as a cash AND GPP play on DK. I mean…how often do you see a $2100 difference in salary? That’s incredible. Add in the fact that Gordon isn’t there and won’t take up red-zone targets and I think he could hit pay dirt.
