FanDuel NFL GPP Breakdown: Week 2 main slate

T.Y Hilton – I may be a huge Titans fan, but even I know that the performance from last week was a fluke. This secondary is just not that good, and Hilton showed some great chemistry with Brissett. Catching eight passes, for 87 yards, and two touchdowns. Hilton is one of the lower projected wide receivers, and this is a spot that he should be able to dominate.

Adam Thielen – The Vikings dominated Atlanta, which really hindered the upside for that passing offense. Thielen still did his thing on the few chances he had, scoring a touchdown on three catches. Green Bay has some very small, unimpressive corners in the secondary. After watching what Robinson did to those guys last Thursday, I will be very interested in Thielen. He will move around the field, lining up in the slot, and the outside. This game should be a lot closer, which means more chances for Thielen.

Allen Robinson – Speaking of which, this man is poised for a massive breakout year. He looked very sharp in the opener and was fed the ball early, and often. The route running looks vastly improved, and Mitch was looking his way on almost every passing play. Robinson somehow put up over 100 yards, on a whopping 13 targets, playing 95% of the snaps. After seeing what Williams did to the Denver defense, I would be surprised if Robinson doesn’t score this week.

John Brown  – Wow did Brown look great last week. He was just burning those corners all game long. He will match up with Janoris Jenkins who was getting burned by Cooper on basically every single play. Brown has more speed than Cooper and got ten targets for Allen against a much better defense. 6.3k is plenty cheap enough for me to have some interest, and while I am not expecting another 22 point game, 11-13 is very reasonable given the soft match-up.
