NFL DFS Week 2: Cash game breakdown

Keenan Allen – FD $7700 DK $7600

I really like Keenan in general in NFL DFS. I should have taken him in one of my season long leagues too over Antonio Brown but that’s another story. Keenan is the recipient of a boost here this week and the foreseeable future due to yet another tragic and unfortunate injury to Hunter Henry.

Detroit looked pretty good against the Cardinals week 1 for at least the first half. Whether that was due to the Cardinals or not is up for debate still. I think the Chargers roll Detroit though and Keenan will have a big part in doing so.

JuJu Smith-Schuster – FD $8100 DK $7500

Me and some of the guys at FanSided Fantasy are huge Steelers fans but I’d like to think I can keep my bias out of my fantasy selections. Despite that, we think JuJu has a real chance at being THE wide receiver 1 this year.

That was prior to week 1’s poor outing against New England of course where we assumed he’d be schemed out of the game. The Steelers really just didn’t look that great but I have good news – neither did the Seahawks against the Bungals.

Andy Dalton burned up that Seattle secondary like a ginger without sunscreen – he was on fire! If the red rocket can put up some nice numbers then I have to believe Big Ben can catch JuJu on at least one touchdown and quite a few targets.

John Ross – FD $6400 DK $4600

This is definitely a chalkier play on DraftKings than it is FanDuel but I still think it’s reasonable on either site. I will say the pivot to Boyd on FD probably makes more sense. Ross seems to have finally made a breakthrough after last week and it’s a tiny sample size but I liked what I saw.

They seem to be treating him as the 1 with AJ Green out and he got a ton of targets last week which of course turned into huge plays.

It’d be unreasonable to expect the same big play production this week but I don’t think it’s out of the question to anticipate a pretty big number of targets and receptions at that price on DK.
