NFL DFS Week 2: Cash game breakdown
NFL DFS Week 2: Cash game breakdown
Travis Kelce – FD $8000 DK $7300
Ok so we’re taking a ton of Raiders in NFL DFS cash so it would make sense to bring it back with someone on the other hand. I think Kelce is the man to do that with after last week and Mahomes outright saying he owes Kelce after missing him on an unnecessary no-look pass.
With news coming out the Raiders lost their number 1 safety draft pick Abrams, I have no idea who is going to try and cover Kelce. I doubt they would have had anyone anyway but now it’s even more likely that Kelce will do really well.
I will say the ONLY thing preventing Kelce from being incredibly chalk is his price. He’s incredibly expensive when you look at some of the other NFL DFS options at this position (of which, there are a ton).
Mark Andrews – FD $6100 DK $3800
The staggering price difference here makes Andrews really attractive to me on DraftKings. Also, the match-up is pretty incredible. The Cardinals aren’t great and just last week, rookie sensation TJ Hockenson went nuclear on them.
Hockenson had 6 catches on 9 targets with over 100 yards and a touchdown against them which is really great. It’s hard to look at Baltimore’s first week and not try and take it with a grain of salt since it was so over the top amazing.
However, Andrews clearly was a big part of the offense reeling in 8 catches and over 100 yards and a touchdown.
Darren Waller – FD $5400 DK $3300
Yes another Raider. DO NOT PLAY ALL THE RAIDERS in your NFL DFS lineups. Just pick some of them. I think all will be relatively highly owned. I wrote about Waller in my “Lessons Learned” article found here.
I was really surprised Waller “only” got 8 targets because it seemed as though Carr was going his way the entire game. He’s super athletic and they’ll need him against the Chiefs if they want to stay in this game. Again…DO NOT PLAY ALL THE RAIDERS in your NFL DFS lineups.
