NFL DFS Week 2: Cash game breakdown

Bears D – FD $4500 DK $3900

I prefer this play on FD probably where they’re much cheaper by comparison to other defenses. The Broncos are terrible as is the elite Joe Flacco.

There are a few factors though like a revenge game for Vic Fangio plus the Broncos are playing at home. Typically I prefer to play defenses at home in cash games but I think the Bears are safe here.

Ravens D – FD $5000 DK $3800

Once again the Ravens are the top defense on the slate. I don’t know if it makes sense to pay all the way up for them really as the Cardinals are a bit of a wild card. There are also some injuries on the Ravens defensive secondary that are worth monitoring here. I don’t think I’m going to play them personally but I can’t blame you for paying up here, especially in cash games.

Patriots D – FD $4900 DK $3700

The Pats defense was really good last week against my Steelers and now they get an even better match-up against the JV Dolphins. Like I said earlier, I’ve never seen a spread this big in an NFL game.

It’s so big it’s weird and scary to be quite honest. I’m wondering if the Patriots will be trotting out high school players by the time the second half comes around and it’ll let the Dolphins get back in it a bit and score a few times.
