Fantasy Football picks: Week 2 single game breakdown

Nick Chubb – I have written several articles on Chubb going into this season, and I am a really big believer in him. He is a prime week two bounce-back candidate, and after seeing what Singletary was able to do to this defense on just a few carries, Chubb should have no problem posting a big stat line. Nick rushed 17 times for 75 yards, playing 70% of the snaps. That snap count actually might be a little low, considering he is the only option in that backfield. I would expect that number to go back above 80% in this match-up, and this game script could run through Chubb, especially if the Browns get out to a big lead.

Odell Beckham Jr – OBJ saw 11 targets, catching seven balls for 71 yards. This is going to be an extremely popular play on this slate for multiple reasons. First, in week one, Brown torched this same defense on the long ball play after play and produced a monster stat line as a result. Second, Beckham is going to see plenty of targets as Bakers new favorite receiver and is the best player on the slate, although he is priced as the third most expensive option. I will talk more about game theory on these single game slates here very shortly, but you want as many high priced guys as you can possibly fit, paired with value players to fill in the flex spots.
