UCL DFS Goalkeepers

Kepa Arrizabalaga (Valencia @ Chelsea, $13) – Chelsea’s defense this year has not been good at all, but I still like Kepa on this slate.  He has a really good shot at a win bonus and Valencia should force him to make a few saves as well giving him a good floor.  Like I mentioned before, Valencia is not playing well now, and Chelsea can keep them scoreless at home which should result in a massive day for Kepa.

More from DFS

Alex Meret (Liverpool @ Napoli, $11) – Meret is the second cheapest GK on this slate, but I actually like him a good bit.  Although Liverpool are firing on all cylinders right now, traveling from England to face Napoli on the road is never an easy task.  Liverpool takes a lot of shots so Meret should have a solid floor with some save points.  He might not keep a clean sheet, but Napoli can win this game.  Both of these teams should advance out of their group, so I could see both teams playing conservatively here in the first matchup which further protects Meret from an onslaught by Liverpool.

Cican Stankovic (Genk @ Red Bull Salzburg, $10) – Salzburg is 7-0-0 this season so that’s seven win bonuses for Stankovic.  They’ve also only conceded six goals in their seven games so far.  Genk have 10 goals in their seven games, but four of those came against the last place team.  Salzburg should win this game and Genk will likely struggle on the road.  Stankovic is great GK value.

Andre Onana (Lille @ Ajax, $12) – I have to mention Onana here because he does have the best odds at the win bonus on the slate.  That alone should give him a nice floor assuming he makes a save or two.  Ajax has the talent on defense to keep Lille scoreless, which would mean a big performance from Onana.  The risk with this play comes in if Lille can sneak a goal past this defense.  However, for only $12, I’m willing to take that risk in hopes of a big day.
