FanDuel CFB: Friday September 20th 2019 Main Slate Summary

At the quarterback spot, I love playing Hank Bachmeier above all other options. I’m fading Huntley, but I’m also considering Slovis, who could be a great fade-the-chalk play at either the quarterback or Super FLEX position.

A reminder, I love the idea of playing a quarterback at both the QB spot and Super FLEX spot, given you’re essentially almost guaranteed to get 10+ FanDuel CFB points at each position, with any of these six quarterbacks in those spots.

That said, J’mar Smith should be a very good value for the Super FLEX spot, and is one of my top three favorite QB’s for this slate.

At the running back position, Moss and Malepeai are my top two backs. I also like Remsberg, and he’s a great pairing with our Birdow value play. Regardless, Birdow is a good play for value at this position, regardless.

The Trojans’ top wide out, Vaughns, is by far the best receiver in this group, but it’s more likely I can afford Shakir, who’s nearly as great, for a top wide-out. With the second receiver spot, Pittman and CT Thomas are the best plays. And, for the top value spot, the LT Bulldogs Hardy is a great play.

Here’s a look at a sample lineup I’d likely put together considering the FanDuel CFB feedback we just discussed:

Friday Night Main Slate

Quarterback               Hank Bachmeier ($9,400)

Running Back             Zack Moss ($10,000)

Running Back             Taven Birdow ($6,700)

Wide Receiver            Khalil Shakir ($9,000)

Wide Receiver            CT Thomas ($8,700)

Wide Receiver            Adrian Hardy ($7,600)

Super FLEX                  J’mar Smith ($8,400)

Remaining Salary: $200

NOTE: This is a SAMPLE lineup only. In no way are we telling you, or selling you, to use this lineup. This is a summary of how we’d build a FanDuel CFB lineup based on the picks we already discussed for this slate.
