NFL DFS Week 3: Cash game breakdown

Nelson Agholor – FD $4800 DK $3600

Welp we made it guys. Nelson Agholor chalk week and it’s only week three. Sheesh. The injuries this year have been no joke. It wasn’t just quarterbacks this past week going down as the Philadelphia Eagles lost their top two outside pass catchers – Alshon Jeffrey and Deshaun Jackson.

Agholor came in and had some important drops but ended up crushing it. He had 11 targets with 8 receptions and over 100 yards plus a touchdown. If we get half of that this week at this price, our DFS lineups should be just fine.

Larry Fitzgerald – FD $5900 DK $5100

The consummate professional and gentleman, old man Larry is out there crushing it in DFS when everyone thought maybe he should just retire. He got 11 targets last week and 13 targets the week before. I will always take double digit target opportunities on a receiver this cheap.

He’s gone over 100 yards each week and playing at home against Carolina isn’t attractive but should be fine. I touched on it before but the Cardinals are playing fast and with the Panthers possibly missing Cam Newton, it could be a bit more back and forth.

John Brown – FD $5900 DK $5500

The guys at FanSided Fantasy and I are huge John Brown fans. We love that he’s a deep threat but also just a great receiver in general and he’s in an offense that really needs him. Josh Allen has been on quite the run from a DFS and regular fantasy perspective but he’s also playing some solid “real life” football too.

Due to this, Smokey Brown has seen an average of 9 targets over the last two weeks and if history repeats itself with Cinci, they’ll be throwing the ball a ton and this will be a low key shootout. I’m obviously a huge fan of value wide receivers this week in DFS if it wasn’t obvious yet…
