. Wide Receiver. Indianapolis Colts. Henry Ruggs III. 21. player. 46

The Indianapolis Colts were shocked prior to the start of the 2019 NFL season, as franchise quarterback Andrew Luck decided to retire during the preseason. Luckily for the Colts, they had a very reliable backup in Jacoby Brissett, who has taken the reins in Indy this season, and is playing very well under center.

Last weekend, the Colts were able to take care of business against a very good Atlanta Falcons team, as Brissett got the job done with his arm, and his legs. He is proving to be a legitimate franchise quarterback for the Colts, and now the team needs to start putting more weapons around him.

In the 2020 NFL Draft class, Henry Ruggs III is a solid wide receiver prospect, and he would be a nice addition to a wide receiver group that already includes T.Y. Hilton. The Colts are solid up front, and Brissett can move, so the addition of another deep threat, when coupled with a strong running back room, could make this Colts offense explosive for years to come.

22. player. 28. . Linebacker. Las Vegas Raiders. Dylan Moses

The Las Vegas Raiders will hold two first round picks in 2020, with the second one coming via the Chicago Bears due to the Khalil Mack  trade. Watching Mack dominate the Washington Redskins on Monday night had to be tough for Raiders fans coming off a bad loss to the Minnesota Vikings the day before, so hopefully than can hit with this pick.

Dylan Moses is one of the better linebackers in college football, that is, until his season ended due to a torn ACL. Still, he is a guy who was one of the more sought after prospects coming out of high school, and at the next level, will be the kind of linebacker that this Raiders group has been missing for quite some time.

Between 2019 and 2020, the Raiders will have had five first round picks, and that should be enough draft capital to start turning this franchise around. There has been one winning season since 2002, and based on the small sample size we have seen already in 2019, it could be another season below .500 for the Silver and Black.
