Fantasy football picks: Week 4 FanDuel GPP breakdown

Matt Ryan – With much of the quarterback ownership going towards Wilson, Mahomes, and newcomer Daniel Jones, “Matty Ice” is flying well under everyone’s radar. Ryan is having another solid campaign, scoring over 20 FD points in each game this season. He ranks ninth in DYAR, and has had over 300 yards in all three games, eight scores, but six interceptions.

The Falcons are a much better team at home, along with Ryan. The Titans secondary was just exposed by the man with the mustache, Garder Minshew, and Ryan is a much better quarterback with even better weapons at his disposal.

Phillip Rivers – Coming just slightly higher owned, but not much more, is one of the most underrated players in the game. Rivers has had another decent season so far, but gets his best match-up to date, against the Dolphins who are in full on tank mode.

He has averaged over 35 passing attempts per game, with a 66.4% completion percentage, five scores, and four turnovers. This game will be a great chance to stack Rivers and Allen together, instead of just playing Allen by himself which is what most people will do.

Kyle Allen – If this projection holds true on Allen, I will be all over this play. Last week he was virtually unowned, and now gets another great match-up with the Texans, who are the 23rd ranked passing defense, giving up a nice 71% completion percentage to opposing quarterbacks.

This bodes well for the young arm, considering he had a 73% completion percentage in his debut. This kid knows that if he can prove himself in these limited opportunities, that he actually may have a chance to take Cams job, and it wouldn’t surprise me if he did.
